Shipping
We use Australia Post and local couriers for delivery and shipping. Our shipping rates are $10.00 - $18.00 depending on the size of your order.
When we receive your order we will start processing it straight away and you will be notified once it has been shipped.

We are proud of the quality and presentation of our products and do everything we can to ensure that every recipient is happy and satisfied with their purchase. In the event that your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via email info@originalboxco.com.au , and we will happily replace, exchange, or issue a credit or refund depending on the extent of the damage and how you wish to resolve the issue.​ We will not be able to replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any product that has been dispatched for more than 7 days.​​ Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been prepared and dispatched for delivery.
